Initiate Request
Log into your Dudeme account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the item you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.
Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the apparel is in its original condition with all tags intact and placed inside the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Pickup & Inspection
A courier partner will arrive within 2-3 business days to collect the package, followed by a thorough quality inspection at our warehouse.
Refund or Replacement
Once approved, your replacement will be dispatched immediately or your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
